About Iggy

Iggy is an all around balanced dog. In the home she has an excellent off switch. She prefers to spend her evenings cuddled up on the couch with her humans, or chewing a bone/toy on the living room floor. Metting her in the home, you would never know she has her Master Hunter title. In the field she is a completely different dog. Iggy earned her JH title at just over a year old, her Senior hunter by 21 months old, and her Hunting Retriever Champion title at 2 1/2 years. Summer of 2023 she earned her Master Hunter title at 3 years old. Iggy marks well, has great drive, is extremely biddable, and loves nothing more than going out and getting those birds with you. We are continuing her training and hope to go to the 2024 Master Nationals event with her, as well as the 2024 HRC Grand. Our goal with Iggy is to keep advancing as far as she will take us in the hunt test world. We have high hopes that she will join the HRC 500pt club sometime in the not so distant future, as we work towards her Grand title.
